Full-stack CMS with an admin UI, themes and sandboxed plugins, built as a modern WordPress. It’s an open-source, self-hosted alternative to WordPress. It runs on Cloudflare Workers in your own account.

What does EmDash set up in my Cloudflare account?

D1 database, Durable Objects, Queues, Cron trigger, R2 bucket, Images, Workflows, Workers AI, Analytics Engine and KV namespace. They are created in your account, so the data stays yours.

How do I deploy EmDash?

It installs from the command line. Follow the steps in the emdash-cms/emdash README.

Is EmDash free and open source?

Yes. It’s published under the MIT licence. Running it uses your own Cloudflare account, and small setups usually fit in the free plan.

How do I update EmDash?

Pull from the original repository and redeploy: add https://github.com/emdash-cms/emdash.git as an upstream remote, run git pull upstream main, then npx wrangler deploy.
